Beyoncé warmed up for this weekend's Glastonbury Festival by testing out a few covers in Nice, France, last night -- Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," Prince's "The Beautiful Ones," and Kings of Leon's "Sex on Fire," all stacked up one after another in a sort-of medley. She botched a few lyrics on "Rhapsody," which is amusing because she had no trouble remembering all the complexly timed choreography for her stunning, high-tech Billboard Awards performance without even the aid of a green screen (and anyone who's seen Wayne's World knows it by heart).
The bad news it that the singer is likely jittery about the web since her new album 4 leaked and she appears to be swatting recordings from the show at the Palais Nikaia off YouTube today -- but seriously, if you're going to do a Prince homage, you can't do much better than that. The footage Jay-Z shot of her practicing "1 + 1" in her American Idol dressing room is still on the 'Net, so Beyoncé's decision to nix last night's video seems pretty deliberate. C'mon, B, don't give anyone a reason to boo!
