Beyonce Refuses to Get Swept Up In Nerd-Glasses Revolution

Beyoncé is concentrating in the studio, and yet she is not wearing the eyewear preferred by music superstars when they are communicating that they are doing Very Serious Work. Like the ones Jay-Z wears when he's giving lectures at the New York Public Library, or Justin Timberlake dons when he's discussing serious films (and not Yogi Bear). While they're not the glasses B wears when she's just bein' fierce or watching 3-D Michael Jackson footage, they don't appear to be prescription.

According to a series of tweets from producer Symbolyc One (via ONTD and BeyonceFan), Beyoncé is indeed hard at work on her next album in New York and sessions have been "CRAZY" because they are of course turning out some "Monsters!" Yes, monsters: Not just for 2010 anymore.
