Weird Al Yankovic’s ‘Alpocalypse’ Cover Makes the End of the World Look Awesome

We figured the highlight of "Weird Al" Yankovic's upcoming album would be his Lady Gaga satire "Perform This Way." We were wrong. The highlight is the album cover. The teaser trailer for Alpocalypse debuted today with "Weird Al" awesomely riding alongside the other Three Horseman of the Apocalypse. Between this image and Lil Wayne's ingenious Tha Carter IV, the two best album covers of 2011 might have been unveiled this week. This is also easily Al's best cover since his impression of the Nevermind baby on Off the Deep End.

Having successfully settled his Gaga Saga, Yankovic is now free to release Alpocalypse as he originally intended on June 21st. "Perform This Way" hits iTunes this coming Monday.
