Lana Del Rey has debuted her most involved video project yet with her chopper-happy, desert dreamscape, escapist music video for "Ride". Billed as a short film, the oft-debated singer screened the 10-minute video at a small independent theater inundated with hundreds of fans in Santa Monica, CA this week prior to premiering on Vevo.

Treating fans to the sneak peek, a casually-dressed Del Rey and director Anthony Mandler (who also did "National Anthem") appeared at the screening and held probably the most enthusiastic Q&A session I've ever seen in my life. Fielding questions from the excited teen audience like, "Will you go to prom with me?", "Can I get a photo with you?" and "Would you date someone like me?", the flabbergasted singer eventually discussed the influence behind the song and video, joking it was about her roots of "riding motorcycles and men."

Slowdive and Mojave 3 alum Neil Halstead is back with his third solo album of introspective folk music that leads the listener to become suspended in the moment. A fusion of 60s British folk with flourishes of American country, Halsteads music shies away from effects pedal-tapping soundscapes of Mojave 3 while still retaining the spirit of their music.

Halstead told Y! Music that when he first went solo, he found himself in some unfamiliar territory when people would approach him with a guitar and a wide-eyed request to play something. Having relied on electronic components for so long in Mojave 3, Halstead focused his solo efforts on being as lo-fi as possible. And it worked: The man hardly needs more than his voice, an acoustic guitar and a listener to be as affective and moving as a full orchestra.

When Bieber heard wind of the campaign that garnered over 12,000 supporters, the pop star invited Routh and her family to spend the day with him in Manhattan for a special Valentine's Day date.

Miley Cyrus' recent extreme run-in with hair bleach and scissors has fans, fashionistas and most recently, Flavor Flav utterly confused. The two bumped into each other backstage at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas Friday night. With cameras rolling, Flav greeted her with an enthused "Gwen Stefani!!"

Whoops.

Sharing a laugh, Cyrus brushed off the mistake--and didn't bother to correct Flav, even after sharing a chat, a photo and a hug. She must be used to the comparison to the No Doubt singer and also P!nk, who has an even more identical haircut. It wasn't until they parted ways that someone informed Flav to his surprise that she was not Stefani, but Miley Cyrus! But Flav immediately went back to Cyrus to apologize, and all was well in the world.

The gods of platinum blonde smiled upon the massive iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas Friday night when opening group No Doubt (No Doubt an opener? Really?) brought on a fellow superstar surprise guest: P!nk! The crowd went wild as the awesomely coiffed singer and fellow mom emerged from backstage.
