Photo: Peter KramerNew York City commuters lucky enough to be at the W. 67th Street stop on Thursday morning were treated to a sight one doesn't get to see too often (even in NYC!)--Grammy-winning vocalist Michael Bublé giving an impromptu performance right there in the tube!

Bublé sang "Who's Lovin' You" off of his new album To Be Loved, accompanied by a cappella group Naturally 7. He explained afterwards that he was elated by the experience. "Singing in the New York subway is something that's been done for years and years, and I feel like it's the most authentic, organic way to make music," he noted.

The Band Perry (Photo: Rick Diamond)When sibling trio The Band Perry entered the Ram Country studios to perform some of their new tunes, the atmosphere was considerably jubilant. The sibling trio had just come off a very successful release week for their new album, Pioneer, which entered the country albums chart at No. 1 and the all-genre Billboard 200 at No. 2.

This would be fantastic news at any time, but it's especially sweet for the young band, who were in the enviable-but-stressful position of following up their massively successful debut—resulting in a bit of wracked nerves preceding the album's actual street date.

The 64-year-old Newton-John, herself a survivor (she was diagnosed with breast cancer nearly two decades ago), put recent plans to headline Las Vegas's Flamingo Hotel on hold when she heard that older sister Rona, 69, had the disease.

Jewel (Photo: Jason Merritt)Pop/country songstress Jewel sports one feature that has consistently drawn attention over her nearly two-decade career--her famously crooked teeth, of course. Why has she never chosen to fix them? Turns out there's a extraordinarily simple reason why.

"I just don't like pain," the 38-year-old admitted to Health. "I never wanted braces."

She adds that her uneven smile has actually worked in her favor over the years. "People have always loved my snaggletooth, which is hilarious," she noted to the magazine. "It should be my logo! I've never felt like it didn't make me sexy."

While his predecessor champion on the reality show, Melanie Amaro, has yet to release a full-length album, Stevens blew through the process of creating a complete release in an extraordinarily short amount of time.

Just how short? Well, you'll have to read our exclusive interview with him to find out the amazing details. At any rate, the resulting self-titled debut hit stores right on schedule April 23--and what's more, Stevens couldn't be happier about how it all turned out. "I'm super proud of this thing," he said excitedly, no less than half a dozen times during our conversation.

Campbell, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, announced he's going to stop playing live, but will be releasing a new album this summer.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker and country/pop singer Jessie James have announced that their new series, Love and Other Contact Sports: Eric and Jessie, will debut this summer.

The show promises to "chronicle the sexy young couple’s road to the altar as they juggle careers, relationships, family and more," and reportedly has the seal of approval from Broncos president John Elway, who doesn't seem to be concerned about the fact that pro athletes historically haven't juggled sports and reality TV too well (Lamar Odom, anyone?).

Taylor Swift (Photo: Ethan Miller)Nominees for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards were announced on Monday morning, and Taylor Swift, fun. and Maroon 5 lead the pack--all three are nominated in a whopping 11 categories each.

Following the powerhouse trio are Rihanna, Carly Rae Jepsen and One Direction, who are up for 10, nine and eight trophies, respectively.

Additionally, Swift, Maroon 5, Rihanna, and One Direction--as well as Justin Bieber--will be competing for the night's premier award, Top Artist.
