The Scoop From Inside Justin Timberlake’s Post-Grammys Blowout

JT is back and he’s better than ever.

After Justin Timberlake stole the Grammy Awards Sunday night, the “Suit and Tie” singer performed a “fans only” show afterwards at the Palladium in Hollywood. omg! was there and watched as some of the biggest names in music rubbed elbows with the fans, all of whom welcomed Timberlake back with open arms.

People waited in line all day just to get a good spot inside the standing room only show. All tickets were General Admission aside from two small VIP sections blocked off on the upper left and right levels inside the theater. Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Neil Patrick Harris are just a few celebrities that were spotted together waiting for Timberlake’s show.

Doors opened at 9 p.m. and Justin took the stage around 11:30 p.m., opening with his first solo hit “Like I Love You.”

“I must confess, it’s been a while,” Timberlake said to the screaming crowd with a smile. “And for that, I apologize.” Although Jessica Biel’s husband has been acting rather than singing over the past four years, he still oozed confidence as he got back on stage with a 16-piece band.

Justin belted out hits that included “Cry Me a River” and “What Goes Around” and blended them with new songs off his upcoming album, “The 20/20 Experience” such as “Pusher Love Girl” and “That Girl.” He also performed classic tunes like “Summer Love,” “Senorita,” and “LoveStoned” that had diehard Timberlake fans pretty much freaking out.

When Justin performed “Cry Me a River” he casually mentioned the song was “about this girl.” It definitely was a more PG way to introduce the tune than the way he did a few weeks ago at a Super Bowl performance. Justin supposedly introduced the song by calling its muse (Britney Spears) a “bitch” (although JT later denied this is how it went down.)

There was absolutely zero drama, though, on Sunday night. The atmosphere felt like one giant celebratory coming out party.

Jay-Z joined Justin on stage for “Suit and Tie” (for the second time last night), and everyone felt Hov’s presence before he surprised fans. Timberlake gave a little rendition of “N****s in Paris” and “Big Pimpin” before closing out the 90 minute show with Timbaland for “SexyBack.”

Beyoncé looked on and was grinning ear to ear when her husband popped up on stage. If you have the Super Bowl Queen’s approval (she literally did not stop dancing during the show) then it’s safe to say you’ve had one triumphant return.

Timberlake seemed to thoroughly enjoy the night as much as his fans did, and the Grammy winner documented his evening on Instagram. From rehearsals to backstage photos, fans got a glimpse into all the effort Justin put in to last night's performance. JT celebrated his triumphant return by ordering pizza backstage for his crew at 1:37 a.m. and fun fact: JT is a pepperoni kinda guy! Anyone else loving that all access credential?

Welcome back Justin Timberlake, you were dearly missed!
