Ariana Grande this week becomes the first artist in 2014 to amass four top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot 100. That’s sweet consolation for Grande, who was, surprisingly, shut out in the American Music Awards nominations. (Grande is scheduled to perform on the Nov. 23 show anyway.)

“Love Me Harder,” Grande’s collabo with The Weeknd, jumps from #24 to #7 in its fifth week. “Bang Bang,” her collabo with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj, holds at #5 in its 15th week. It peaked at #3. Earlier this year, Grande reached the top 10 with “Problem” (featuring Iggy Azalea) and “Break Free” (featuring Zedd).

Billboard’s Gary Trust points out that Grande is the first artist to amass four top 10 hits in a calendar year, all as a lead or co-lead artist, since 2012, when Adele, Flo Rida and Taylor Swift achieved the feat.

Taylor Swift has two songs in this week’s top 15. “Shake It Off” logs its fourth week at #1 (and its 12th consecutive week in the top two). “Blank Space” jumps from #18 to #13 in its second week. “Shake It Off” surpasses “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” as Swift’s longest-running #1 hit. That smash spent three weeks on top in 2012.

Meghan Trainor’s former #1 “All About That Bass” holds at #2 for the second week. Trainor performed the song on last week’s Country Music Assn. Awards, where she was joined by Miranda Lambert. Trainor’s follow-up, “Lips Are Movin,” jumps from #70 to #50 in its third week.

“All About That Bass” returns to #1 on Top Digital Songs, with sales of 190K. This is its eighth week on top of that chart. That’s the longest run at #1 for a song by a female artist since Carly Rae Jepsen’s"Call Me Maybe" had eight weeks on top in late spring and early summer 2012.

Trainor is the only female artist to spend eight weeks at #1 on the digital chart in 2014. Iggy Azalea has spent seven weeks on top (combining “Fancy” and Ariana Grande’s “Problem,” on which she was featured). Taylor Swift has spent six weeks on top (combining “Shake It Off,” “Out Of The Woods” and “Blank Space”).

Here’s a sour note: This is the fifth consecutive week that the #1 digital seller has sold fewer than 200K copies during the week. That’s the longest stretch in which no song has sold 200K copies in a week since the fall of 2009, when there was also a five-week streak in which no songs reached the threshold. (The #1’s in those slow weeks: Britney Spears’s “3” and Owl City’s “Fireflies.”)

Maroon 5’s “Animals” jumps from #4 to #3 in its 12th week. This ends an 11-week streak in which female solo artists locked up the top three spots.

Tove Lo’s “Habits (Stay High)” dips from #3 to #4 in its 24th week. The song jumps to #1 on Radio Songs, ending a four-week run by “Shake It Off.”

As noted above, “Bang Bang” by Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj holds at #5 for the second week in its 15th week. The song tops the 2 million mark in digital sales this week. Grande performed the song on the CMA Awards show, joined by Little Big Town.

Bobby Shmurda’s Hot Boy" jumps from #8 to #6 in its 15th week. The song jumps to #1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, displacing “Black Widow” by Iggy Azalea featuring Rita Ora.

Hozier’s “Take Me To Church” jumps from #10 to #8 in its 13th week. It’s #1 on Rock Songs for the fourth week … The aforementioned “Black Widow” by Iggy Azalea featuring Rita Ora drops from #6 to #9 in its 19th week. The song peaked at #3 … “Don’t Tell Em” by Jeremih featuring YG drops from #7 to #9 in its 20th week. The song peaked at #6.

Ed Sheeran’s “Don’t” drops out of the top 10 for the second time.

Look for a lofty debut from Selena Gomez’s “The Heart Wants What It Wants.” It’s vying to become her second top 10 hit. “Come & Get It” reached #6. Woody Allen used that exact phrase, “The heart wants what it wants,” in an interview with TIME’s Walter Isaacson in August 1992 to defend his relationship with Soon-Yi, the adopted daughter of his then-wife, Mia Farrow. Gomez probably doesn’t know the phrase’s history: She was five weeks old when that quote first appeared.

Lady Antebellum’s “Bartender” tops the 1 million mark in digital sales this week. The trio performed it on the CMA show. The song reached #31 on the Hot 100 and #4 on Hot Country Songs.

Cheryl lands her fifth #1 on The U.K.’s Official Singles Chart with “I Don’t Care.” This makes her the British female artist with the most #1 singles in U.K. chart history. Geri Halliwell and Rita Ora are in second place with four each. This is Cheryl’s second #1 of 2014, following “Crazy Stupid Love” (featuring Tinie Tempah).
