Sean Kingston, Framed

Being born in Miami and raised in Jamaica, Sean Kingston makes music that is an intriguing blend of reggae, rap and R&B. The 18-year-old Kingston did credibly well last year with his eponymous debut album, but the big single off the album, "Beautiful Girls," was a monster. It moved over seven million ringtones.

With a new album pending, Sean has promised us a special treat this week, so--without further ado--we'll turn it over to him! See you again next week!

- "Hi, readers! Welcome to 'A video shoot with Sean!' Please let me take you through the video for my big hit song, 'Beautiful Girls.'"

- "Here are some of the hot girls they hired for my video. They were beautiful, but certainly not way too beautiful. Bad casting."

- "The magic of video allowed us to go back to 1957, yet still remember everything that would happen later! Don't vote for Nixon!"

- "Here I am pointing out to my director that, contrary to the song's lyrics, I'm not actually suicidal, and hence have no intention of hanging myself on the gallows he constructed over there. I mean, seriously!"

- "There's a lot of 'down time' on the set of any video shoot. This extra filled her day by constructing an army of straw men. You know, like Bush did with Sadaam."

- "I found it important to guard the coffee cake. For always-important continuity."

- "Still guarding that coffee cake."

- "I tried to keep an eye on everything. Here, unfortunately, I wasn't wearing my contacts."

- "It's traditional to have a cast party, of course. Everybody who thinks Sean Kingston should rule the world, raise your hand."

- "Heh. Heh. Heh."

- "My co-star was surprised to discover that I was also a big star in 1957. Hey, the times don't make the man, baby."

- "Hope you enjoyed this little junket, readers!  Remember: stand by me! I did!"
