Ain’t No Shame In Trina’s Game

I'm so naïve. When I saw that the new Trina song featuring Killer Mike was called "Look Back At Me" I figured it was one of those "[You Got The] Vapors" dis tracks.

Ah man. Biz Markie's "Vapors" is a classic. I love the way the Biz checks all the gold diggers who never gave him or his boys any love before they became rap stars. My favorite line is when Fran told the Juice Crew rapper that he had no chance, sucker punching him with, "Please, you work for UPS."

While I was thinking that Trina's "Look Back At Me" may have been on a similar vibe, possibly spewing a couple more words at her ex-Lil' Wayne or fellow Florida nemesis Khia, Trina's song title was a bit more literal than I expected.

Well, watch the video and you'll see.

Every other word is bleeped as the Diamond Princess boasts about her X-rated talents. Trina is no role model, but I haven't heard her get low like this since she and Trick Daddy teamed up on 1999's "Nann," announcing to Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown that there was a new bad bitch in town.

So much for growth.
