Bone Thugs-N-Harmony members Bizzy, Flesh, Layzie, Krayieand Wish Bone reunite for their latest album, Uni5: The World's Enemy. It's almost been 16 years since they madetheir national debut with Creepin On AhCome Up in 1994 on the late Eazy-E's Ruthless Records.
In one sense, TheWorld's Enemy title is surprising. TheWorld's Enemy doesn't seem befitting for the Cleveland, Ohio group that hassold 30 million albums and recorded tracks with the most respected names in thebusiness-Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Mariah Carey, to name a few.
But the group has had its struggles. Just a year afterreleasing its Ruthless debut under the guidance of mentor Eric "Eazy-E" Wright,the gangsa rap pioneer died. For years thereafter, the group feuded withWright's widow, Tomeka Wright, who took over the business handlings for thelabel.
