‘Battlefield America’ Child Star Admits To Accidentally Punching Co-star In Fight Scene

"Battlefield America" is a kid's version of the 2004 street dance film "You Got Served." Three of the child stars, Zach Belandres, Kida Burns and Tristen M. Carter, recently stopped by Yahoo! Music to appear on The Aftermath webisode series to talk about their characters, landing their roles and how Tristen responded when he accidentally punched a rival dance crew member during a fight scene. Watch their interview with Soren Baker and me.

See Kida dancing on "Ellen" with his and Zach's former dance crew, Sacramento's The Art Of Teknique:

Tristen landed the lead role of Eric after auditioning at The Game actress Wendy Raquel Robinson's Amazing Grace Conservatory performing arts school.

Written and directed by Chris Stokes, "Battlefield America" also stars Marques Houston, Chris Jones, Lynn Whitfield and Valarie Pettiford. It opens in theaters on June 1 (Friday).
