Full ForceFull Force member Paul Anthony discusses his battle with cancer Monday night in a new episode of "Unsung" on TV One. Paul, who was diagnosed with the disease in 2006, refused to let the illness immobilize him.

"I would do my chemotherapy, then I would go train because I knew the day after I got to be still," he said in a clip from the show.

Paul's oncologist credits his fitness regimen with helping him combat his illness.

Though Questlove of the Roots described Full Force as the greatest hip-hop singing group of all time, the group of three brothers and three cousins made its biggest impact writing and producing for other artists including UTFO, Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, Jasmine Guy, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Rihanna, and the Black Eyed Peas.

Lisa Lisa, UTFO, Don Cornelius, Kid from Kid N Play, the Backstreet Boys are among the artists to appear in the special.
