Jay-Z Takes Oprah To Brooklyn, Miley Performs With A Pole

Today we discussed Jay-Z hanging out with Oprah in Brooklyn, the upcoming Michael Jackson film, and Miley Cyrus' performance at the Teen Choice Awards. Miley made this week's talk because her show incorporated a pole that critics have compared to something you would find on the stage in a strip club.

After the Twitter chat, I learned--thanks to RapRadar.com--that Oprah joined Jay-Z in the Marcy Projects to interview him for an O magazine story. Oprah discussed her interview with Jay-Z on the Gayle King radio show.

After watching a clip of Miley Cyrus' controversial pole dance, it was apparent that it was not as racy as something we would see in a Pussycat Dolls performance. But sharing the stage with a pole still appeared to be a bit much for a 16-year-old.
