Lil Wayne Hospitalized For Migraine And Dehydration, Says Rep

Lil Wayne was hospitalized in Texas on Thursday, a spokesperson confirms to Yahoo! Music.

"Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration," the spokesperson said via statement. "He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love."

The spokesperson added that reports that he had a seizure or is still hospitalized are inaccurate.
