Rihanna And Chris Brown Storyline Used For ‘Law And Order’ Episode?

"Law & Order: SVU" episode Funny ValentineA new teaser clip has emerged from Wednesday’s “Law & Order: SVU” episode Funny Valentine that has been compared to Rihanna and Chris Brown’s real life saga.

In the preview, Tiffany Robinson portrays a pop star that was beaten by her musician boyfriend.

Detective Olivia Benson attempts to persuade Misha, Robinson’s character, to press charges.

Chris Brown and Rihanna (Instagram)“With all due respect to your brand, you’re also a role model. Women and girls look up to you. If you stand up and say, ‘No more …,’” Benson argues.

But Misha refuses to take the matter to court. “I want this to be over,” Misha says. “I don’t want the world to see me like that. Like a victim. This is my call. I’m not going to court.”

A spokesperson for the television show denied that the episode is about the celebrity couple. “As always, ‘SVU’ is fiction,” an NBC spokesperson said in a statement to Yahoo! TV.

In 2009, Brown was charged with felony assault on girlfriend Rihanna. He was sentenced to five years probation, counseling and community labor.

Last week, the “Birthday Cake” singers celebrated Rihanna’s 25th born date together in Hawaii.
