Ed Sheeran may be adding a new cover song to his concerts.

The charismatic pop star that scored a viral hit with his mash up of Blackstreet's "No Diggity" and Macklemore's "Thrift Shop" has been rehearsing Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love."

"I might forget the words cause I'm not quite there, finishing it," Ed said Wednesday before previewing a snippet of his work in progress during a stop by Ryan Seacrest's morning show.

Even though Ed forgot some of the lyrics to the chorus, his acoustic rendition sounds incredible. "I'll get there eventually," he said after his 20-second clip.

Ed also discussed his tattoos, showing off a new teddy bear on his right bicep. The art on his right arm is mainly family-oriented, and the other arm features more music-related drawings, he said.

The BRIT Awards-winning artist is prepping for the follow up to his 2011 debut "+," writing some of the songs last year while he was on tour with Taylor Swift. "Over the course of the year, I did over 120 songs," he told Ryan.

Ed added that his time in the U.S. had an influence on the songs. "America is one of these countries where you have a lot of experiences," he said. "It's not just rapping about rope chains. There are songs inspired by Nashville.
