Blake Shelton opens up the video for his brand-new remake of the 1984 classic movie theme "Footloose" by driving up to a movie theater and asking "How's the crowd in there?"
Turns out the crowd seems to be a little slow. So Shelton replies, "Well, let's see if we can do something about that."
Something gets done about it, for sure, but it's not entirely Shelton's doing. Sure, as fans of his music and NBC's The Voice know, the wise-cracking Shelton is always fun to watch--but he plays it suprisingly straight in this particular clip.
It's an odd choice for one of country music's most larger-than-life personalities, but once you take a look at the video, you'll see why.
It's no surprise that a movie about dancing features a lot of, well, dancing.
