Hank Williams Jr. Claims Obama Hates America

It's no secret that Hank Williams Jr. is no fan of our country's current administration--last year, he infamously compared the president to Hitler during an appearance on Fox & Friends. However, in a new interview with Rolling Stone, the always-outspoken country legend leaves no doubt as to just how much he dislikes President Obama.

"The guy is the worst," Hank Jr. noted, point-blank. "Giveaway programs, hates America in the first place, forget about the flag."

When asked to elaborate why exactly he thought the president hated America, Junior again minced no words: "It's kind of obvious. I guess when you take a tour, a world tour, to apologize for America. He did that...You know, 'We're sorry.' Going on a world tour saying, 'We're going to be even with everyone else, we only have 6 percent of the population.'"

Hank Jr. also cited the poor economy as a reason for his displeasure, saying that the country has "borrowed ourselves into our poor grandchildren," and that his already-low opinion of Obama has only gotten worse.

"There's a whole lot of us out here, we flip the tube off when that guy comes on. We're not listening and we ain't watching," he noted.

When asked if he supports Mitt Romney, Bocephus was lukewarm, saying that he is behind the GOP candidate but doesn't plan to actively help out his campaign. "I mean, we've got the worst in history. We've got to have something," he explained. "We've got to have a change, that's for sure."

Hank Jr. is currently promoting his new album, Old School New Rules, which dropped on Tuesday and contains a number of songs with political and patriotic themes.
