Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott Gives Birth to Baby Girl
While most of the world was on Royal Baby Alert Monday, there was another mom-to-be that quite a few fans were watching and waiting on: namely, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott.
Well, the wait is over, and Scott got to beat Duchess Kate to share her happy news! Scott and husband Chris Tyrrell are the proud parents of a baby girl named Eisele Kaye. According to People, the little one was born Monday in Nashville.
As expected, her parents are ecstatic. "She's here, and we are in HEAVEN!!!" tweeted Scott, calling her new arrival a "beautiful angel."
A rep for Scott told People that the baby's unusual name is pronounced "Eyes-lee." Her full name comes from a combination of her paternal grandmother's maiden name and maternal grandmother's middle name.
There's no photo of the babe yet, but Scott did post a cute shot of the baby's footprints to tide everyone over.
Scott and Tyrrell were married in January 2012 and announced their pregnancy in December of that year. This is the first child for the couple.
Congrats Hillary and Chris on the birth of Nashville "royalty!"
