Lady Antebellum Give Super-Fan A Super Surprise On The ‘Anderson’ Show

Here's a fun story to get you through to the weekend! Lady Antebellum are known for being great to their fans--but they really proved their strength in this area on Wednesday, when they teamed up with talk host Anderson Cooper to give a fan a near heart-attack-inducing surprise of a lifetime.Lady Antebellum

Lady A superfan Jessica Stokes thought she was appearing on the Anderson show to win tickets to see the band. She explained to Cooper that she's been living in Germany for the past few years, where her soldier husband is stationed, so it's been next to impossible to catch the band live. "There's not a whole lot of country music [there]," she quipped.

She then related the sad tale of how she and her husband scored tickets to see Lady A in London--they planned the show as an anniversary gift to each other--but then didn't make their flight in time.

Stokes explained that her favorite song by the band is "I Run To You" because it reminds her of her marriage and how she is often away from her spouse due to his Air Force duties. "Being apart so often in the military...that song makes me think about him," she explained. "There are so many songs that remind me of our relationship."

Cooper then went on to give Stokes a little quiz to test her Lady A knowledge, telling her she'd win the tickets if she passed. After she correctly answered two questions about the band, the familiar strains of "Need You Now" rang out.

"What's the title of this song?" Cooper asked.

"Need You Now," replied Stokes...then promptly screamed "Shut up!" when all three members of the band walked out on set singing the tune. Her reaction is truly awesome; check it out for yourselves!

Now I don't know about you, but that put me in a good mood for the rest of the week. Be sure to let me know your thoughts as well!
