Sorry Ladies–Lady Antebellum’s Dave Haywood Is Now Engaged!

It's a very merry Christmas already for Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood--who popped the question to his girlfriend Monday evening, and received an enthusiastic yes!

Haywood, 29, didn't just get down on one knee to propose to Warner Music Nashville exec Kelli Cashiola (who is also 29). Nope, the star musician took a more elaborate route--one that any girl would certainly not be able to resist. According to People, he decorated Cashiola's home while she was at work to resemble a glittering winter wonderland. The finishing touch? Christmas lights spelling out "Will you marry me?" on the front of her house. (Is it any wonder she agreed?!)Dave Haywood and Kelli Cashiola

Haywood and Cashiola have been friends for about five years, but only revealed their romantic relationship to the public recently when they appeared together at the CMA Awards last month.

There's no date set yet for the nuptials. Bandmate Hillary Scott, who accepted a proposal from her boyfriend in July, also has not set a firm date on when her wedding will take place.

Haywood is the last member of the trio to "seal the deal" with a significant other, as his other bandmate Charles Kelley has been married since 2009.

Big congrats from everyone at Yahoo! Music, Dave and Kelli! Be sure to leave your own well-wishes here.
