Taylor Swift Reportedly Fighting False Explicit Photo On Tabloid Site

Taylor Swift is well-known not only for her infectious songwriting and all-ages fan group, but also her reputation for ladylike behavior and attire. Still, the 21-year-old superstar--like many big names before her--has found herself the subject of some rather sordid gossip over the weekend.

According to TMZ, Swift has sicced her lawyers on a tabloid site called Celeb Jihad, who has published what it claims to be a "leaked" topless photo of her.

Swift's legal team has reportedly stated that the site contains "false pornographic images and false 'news'" about the singer, and threatens a lawsuit for trademark infringement if the photo is not taken down.

The site in question has not removed the photo yet; instead choosing to put up a news item stating that Swift is furious with and "waging war" against them.

TMZ noted that Swift's camp had no comment on the matter. (Our own request for comment was unreturned as well.)

If Swift is indeed furious over this incident, she's doing a fine job of hiding it. The singer appeared her usual stylish and unruffled self at a Nashville-area launch for her new perfume, Wonderstruck, on Friday; sporting a chic Ted Baker dress and black tights.

Swift's currently in the midst of her largely sold-out North American Speak Now tour (you can check dates here). On November 9, she'll be in the running for five trophies at the 2011 Country Music Association Awards.
