The Season 10 "American Idol" finale aired last night, and while we should be gabbing about how Scotty McCreery won, that's actually not the big news today. This is partially because Scotty's victory was possibly the least shocking in "Idol" history--come on, we all knew he'd win--but also because the show was packed with so many exciting performances by the OTHER top 13 contestants and tons of A-list pop stars, Ryan Seacrest's announcement at the end almost seemed anti-climactic.
In our final "Idol" gabfest of the season, my Yahoo! colleague Matt Whitfield and I talk about our favorite moments from last night, and we also touch upon the mysterious disappearance of last season's winner Lee DeWyze from Nigel Lythgoe's rewritten "Idol" history book. We hope you enjoy our final "Day After" episode, and thanks for watching and gossiping with us all season long. We love you this big!
