American Idol, The Day After: Motown Week Results Dish

Last night's history-making "American Idol" results show had everything an "Idol" fan (or a fan of AWESOME TELEVISON in general) could hope for: A Jennifer Hudson/George Huff reunion! Hulk Hogan! Stevie Wonder! A Steven Tyler birthday party...with a leopard-print cake! But more importantly, the show also featured: A shocking elimination! An even more shocking use of the controversial Judges' Save! An onstage meltdown! The risk of projectile hurling! F-bombs!

Entertainment colleague Matt Whitfield (who brought his championship wrestling belt to the office just for this occasion) and I are still all riled up. Argh. I just dearly hope Matt's not reading this, because I really don't have the heart to tell him he's not going to hear any Skid Row or Motley Crue covers next Wednesday...]
