MacKenzie Bourg Brings His Voice, “Story” To Yahoo!

MacKenzie Bourg was an early Team Cee Lo frontrunner on "The Voice" Season 3, winning over coaches and viewers alike with his winsome guitar-pop covers of "Pumped Up Kicks," "Call Me Maybe," and "What Makes You Beautiful." Adam Levine even once shockingly described MacKenzie as "an American idol." The night of Mac's Blind Audition, I actually predicted he would win the entire season. And I'm still a little surprised that he didn't.

But no worries--immediately after leaving "The Voice," MacKenzie got straight to work making music to please his devoted "Mac Pack," and this week, the 19-year-old singer-songwriter releases his debut single, the lovely and Duncan Sheikish "Everyone's Got A Story," on iTunes. Check out MacKenzie's acoustic version of the song below, along with three other original-song performances...and kindly ignore his overly humble disclaimer in the first clip.
