‘SYTYCD’ Top 20 Revealed: Meet The Season 9 Guys!

The top 10 guys dance a Sonya Tayeh routineThis Wednesday, the "So You Think You Can Dance" Season 9 semifinalists were finally revealed on "SYTYCD's" landmark 2ooth episode, which also happened to be the "Meet The Top 20" episode, my favorite part of any "SYTYCD" season. This year we have an amazing bunch of male powerhouses, perhaps the most diverse bunch ever, representing every dance genre from stepping to martial arts to ballet to animated popping. I was utterly wowed seeing them perform in their specialty styles this week, and I can't wait to see how they tackle styles outside of their comfort zones in the weeks to come.

Check out my exclusive interviews with this season's just-announced male hopefuls. One of them will definitely win this year, since "SYTYCD" is crowning both a boy and girl champion on the Season 9 finale. Who's your favorite? I already have soft spots for so many of them that it's hard for me to root for just one...although I suspect that Cole and Cyrus will be this season's breakout stars.

Cole Horibe (martial arts fusion), Cyrus "Glitch" Spencer (animated popping), Daniel Baker (ballet), George Lawrence II (contemporary), and Will Thomas (contemporary):

Dareian Kujawa (contemporary), Brandon Mitchell (stepping), Matthew Kazmierczak (contemporary), Nick Bloxsom-Carter (ballroom), and Chehon Wespi-Tschopp (ballet):
