The X Factor, The Day After: Top 6 Performances Dish

Last night, "The X Factor" top six performed, singing two songs apiece--one unplugged, and one very much plugged (and picked by fans). The results were mixed, as they often are on "The X Factor." While the acoustic numbers definitely showed up some contestants' vocal shortcomings (Emblem3, I'm looking at you), others that were expected to falter (CeCe Frey, cough) actually rose to the challenge. And of course, Carly Rose Sonenclar was awesome. But you already knew that.

Today, my "The Day After" co-host Matt Whitfield and I discuss last night's dozen performances, plus the poor performance overall this season by the show's four judges: L.A. Reid's bad attitude, Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato's icky and unfunny infighting, Britney Spears's general uselessness, etc.  Enjoy the debate!
