Alicia Keys Songs Light Up The Empire State Building In Stunning Homage

Get your tissues ready: Alicia Keys had the incredible opportunity to have the Empire State Building in New York City display it's brand new, and honest-to-gosh chillingly beautiful LED light show synchronized to her songs "Girl On Fire" and "Empire State Of Mind" on Monday night. Celebrating her latest album Girl On Fire dropping this Tuesday, the stunning singer cheered from a neighboring building as she watched the top of the Empire State Building flourish with an impressive array of colors and effects by PCK. With Sandy in the back of our minds, Keys was not only just celebrating her new album, but was also giving a touching homage to her hometown.

We could go on about the details of the light show, but the video speaks for itself. Don't you want to move to New York now?

Alicia Keys is performing a concert on the evening of Tuesday, Nov 27 to thank Hurricane Sandy volunteers and first responders, and Yahoo! Music s streaming it live!
