Barack Obama ‘Sings’ Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’

BarackDubs strikes again! The viral video series that mashes up President Barack Obama's speeches set to popular songs has a buzzy new release. In it, the commander in chief "sings" "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen.

The Canadian pop star's song, which was released last September,  has been getting a lot of attention lately. During Sunday night's Miss USA pageant, the contestants did a lip dub of the song that aired during the show. It also featured pageant owner Donald Trump singing as well as co-hosts Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic.

Other celebrities have taken notice of Jepsen's pop hit as well. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez helped make "Call Me Maybe" a hit by rounding up some of their VIP pals to record a video of themselves lip syncing to the song. The song became a megahit and Jepsen, who is signed to the same label as Bieber, landed a gig opening for him on his tour.

Katy Perry and James Franco also both released videos of themselves singing along to it. Franco is  singing it in a car with a bunch of friends. Perry and pals did their own version while hanging out in Indio, California the weekend of the Coachella Music Festival.

In May, Jepsen performed the song herself  at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.

As for the BarackDubs version, this is the fourth video in the series, which has been making waves on the Internet with over 200,000 views in less than 24 hours. Previous dubs include the president "covering" LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It" and Lady Gaga's "Born This Way."
