Christina Aguilera Debuts Yet Another Hair-Raising ‘Do On ‘The Voice’

Reality talent show The Voice may be centered around how the contestants sound, but for judge Christina Aguilera, it's arguably always about she looks! The 31-year-old singer, who's been playing around with various wildly colorful hairstyles lately, debuted what is arguably one of her craziest looks Monday on the show's first live competitive episode of Season 3.

Aguilera went full-out cartoon style with pink, platinum, and crazily braided hair; star-spangled jeans, and spiked heels. A bit far-out for some--but we're sure all the 5-year-old girls out there will be attempting to create the same hairstyle on their Princess Popstar Barbies this week.

On her official website, Aguilera explained her style selections: "I always get so excited for the first live show and it felt so amazing being back on the stage with my team and my fellow coaches. For tonight we wanted something fun and rock and roll with a touch of pop and color to best represent TeamXtina. Hope you enjoy the look as much as I did."

Aguilera is poised to release her seventh studio album, Lotus, on November 13.
