Jack Black & Jason Segel Spoof Bowie/Crosby Christmas Duet For Charity

The holiday season is a time when people from all walks of life come together in peace, and perhaps in no other Christmas video was this ever best demonstrated than in David Bowie and Bing Crosby's timeless, touching 1977 "Little Drummer Boy" duet, in which the cardigan'd crooner teamed with the glitter god for what TV Guide later declared one of the most memorable musical moments of 20th century television.

Well now, 33 Christmases later, comics Jack Black and Jason Segel have joined festive forces for their own "Little Drummer Boy" duet, with Jason in the Bowie role and Jack in Christmas-sweatered Crosby mode. It's not quite the classy affair that Bowie 'n' Bing's original was, but considering Jack 'n' Jason's usual penchant for racy humor, it's a surprisingly sweet and family-friendly clip. In fact, it's also a charity single for the nonprofit organization Blue Star Families--which supports the troops and their loved ones--so it is truly keeping in the holiday spirit of giving.
