Mick vs. Katy: Did the Randy Rolling Stone Really Hit on 18-Year-Old Perry?

Katy Perry once kissed a girl (and she liked it), but did she almost kiss Mick Jagger too?

Making the press rounds to promote her new album "Prism," Perry told Australian radio DJs Ash, Kip & Luttsy on Nova FM 106.9 that during her backup singer days, the Rolling Stones singer once hit on her. Oh, and when it happened, she was only 18!

With Katy being 29 now, and Mick being 70, it would've been a 59-year-old rock star hitting on a girl just out of high school. Then or now, that's a 41-year age difference.

As Katy explained in the interview, she was singing vocals on "Old Habits Die Hard," a Jagger song with Eurythmics star Dave Stewart for the soundtrack to Jude Law's 2004 remake of the film "Alfie," when they met.

"I actually went to dinner with him one time and he hit on me, when I was 18," she said. "That was a long time ago, and he's been very kind, and I got to sing 'Beast of Burden' with him on stage on The Rolling Stones tour."

And being the good friend that she is, Katy explained how she managed to dodge the rock legend's passes: "You bring a friend and then they do them. You sacrifice your friend."

Roar!

Mick was quick to deny the allegations. "Omg! Insider" spoke with his rep who said, "Mick Jagger categorically denies that he has ever made a pass at Katy Perry ... Perhaps she is confusing him with someone else."

Perhaps, indeed. Jagger is currently dating American fashion designer L'Wren Scott, who's only 24 years younger than he is.

So what do you think? Did Mick likely hit on a barely-legal Katy? Or is her memory a bit hazy after all those years of shooting whipped cream out of her bra? Share your thoughts in the comments.
