In 1973, former Beatle Ringo Starr scored one of his biggest ever solo hits with a song called "Photograph." Four decades later, Ringo is making news again with photographs, but this time it's with 100 previously unseen pictures he took of himself and his former Fab Four bandmates during their '60s heyday.
Ringo is unveiling the photos in his new e-book, aptly titled Photograph. It includes shots of Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison during their maiden U.S. trek as well as their legendary trip to India to turn off their minds, relax and float down stream with the Maharishi.
The 72-year-old drummer only recently found many of the photos "in boxes we brought home after my mother died," he told People magazine. "We thought, 'I wonder what she's got!'"
