barring the makers of an online game from promoting an animated
character called Lady Goo Goo. The character, intended to be a parody of
the singer, was part of the British company Mind Candy's Moshi Monsters
site, in which children can adopt a virtual pet monster.
Lady Goo Goo, a sunglasses-wearing blonde baby, appeared in "The Moshi Dance,"
a video that went viral on YouTube in June. Mind Candy had intended to
release the song as a single, but the British High Court ruling bars
them from promoting, advertising or selling anything involving the Lady
Goo Goo character.
