Back in June I published a playlist that was a remake of the classic album Led Zeppelin IV. To create it I simply found a cover version of every song from the original album and put the tracks into the same order. Well, for my second entry I thought I would remake the album that Rolling Stone magazine has dubbed the #1 greatest album of all time. The Beatles classic 1967 recording Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. I won't argue with Rolling Stone on their pick considering that Sgt. Peppers is pretty much perfect from beginning to end. In fact, you'll be hard pressed to find a review of Sgt. Peppers with less than a 5-star rating. It's sold bundles, topped the charts and influenced millions. It's so influential that two of the cover songs in this remade version (Joe Cocker's "With A Little Help From My Friends" and Elton John's "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds") hit #1 on the UK and US charts respectively.
