Nelly Nominated For Two Country Music Television Awards

Rapper Nelly already has three Grammy Awards on his mantle, but the rapper is hoping to add a Country Music Television Award or two to his collection. Allhiphop.com reports that Nelly was nominated for two Country Music Television (CMT) Awards for his hit song "Over and Over" featuring Tim McGraw. The song was nominated for Collaborative Video Of The Year and Hottest Video Of The Year. The winners will be announced on April 11 in Nashville, Tennessee.
In related news, Nelly will launch a college tour next month in preparation for a full-blown tour which will kick off at the end of March. The rapper has selected Fat Joe and Fabolous to open for him during the tour, which is expected to run through May.
