Tim McGraw Named Spokesperson For Red Cross Blood Drive

Tim McGraw is teaming up with the State Farm insurance company and the American Red Cross to challenge citizens across the country to give blood. The Neighbors Give Life campaign blood drive runs from now through September 5.
McGraw says, "As part of the Neighbors Give Life campaign, I'm encouraging people to donate blood and donate often. With State Farm and the American Red Cross, I challenge all people to give the gift of life and make a difference in their community and communities across the country by donating blood this year."
State Farm is donating $1 million to the American Red Cross this year in addition to sponsoring the Neighbors Give Life Sweepstakes. Prizes include a trip for two to the CMA Awards, a trip for two to a McGraw concert, autographed McGraw tour jackets, and Live Like You Were Dying CDs.
