Jessica Simpson Starts Walkin' Towards New Single And Video

Jessica Simpson and country star Willie Nelson's version of "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" will be the first release from the soundtrack for the upcoming the Dukes Of Hazzard movie. Jessica has some very steamy scenes in the video, including one where she's wearing a skimpy bikini while washing the film's non-human co-star, the 1969 Dodge Charger better known as The General Lee.
The full soundtrack for the Dukes of Hazzard will be in stores on July 19. The movie itself is scheduled be in theaters nationwide on August 5.
"These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" was originally made famous in the 1960s by Nancy Sinatra. Loretta Lynn also recorded the song and according to the producers, they used elements of both versions for the new recording.
Dukes Of Hazzard is based on the action-comedy television series which ran from 1979 through 1985. Jessica plays the sexy Daisy Duke in the film, and her on-screen cousins, Luke and Bo, have an ongoing feud with the corrupt officials of the mythical region known as Hazzard County.
