LeAnn Rimes Braves The Weather For Rose Parade Performance

LeAnn Rimes kicked off the 117th Rose Parade Monday (January 2) in Pasadena,
California with a performance of her new single, "Something's Gotta Give." The threatening skies held back the rain until Rimes' performance was finished.
She said, "It meant so much to me to be a part of parade history... The parade organizers are some of the kindest, most dedicated and professional people I have ever worked with. It was fun to brave the storm with them and with all the fans who weren't going to let anything get in the way of their being at the 2006 Rose Parade," said Rimes.
Rimes will also sing the National Anthem at the Rose Bowl championship game on Wednesday (January 4).
