Will.i.am and Britney Spears have joined forces for the sleek new clip that accompanies "Scream & Shout," a collaboration set to appear on the Black Eyed Peas leader's upcoming solo record #willpower. The video finds Britney, will.i.am, and a cadre of dancers getting down to the skittery synths of the catharsis-in-the-club anthem, amid flashing cameras, flaming disco balls, exploding speakers and some nifty mirror effects – because will.i.am wasn't already everywhere before.
