As "Breaking Bad" fans eagerly await this summer's final eight episodes of the AMC drama, the network has released a promo video that finds Emmy-winning star Bryan Cranston promising the series-ending episodes will be a "roller-coaster ride to Hell."
When last we left Walter White, his DEA brother-in-law Hank (Dean Norris) was visiting the loo at the White home when he picked up a book with an inscription that seemingly led him to discover that his high school chemistry teacher in-law is actually the big, bad drug dealer Hank has been chasing throughout the series.

In the video, Cranston says, "Hank, he doesn't know how to handle me. He doesn't know where to come from," about what is likely to be a cat-and-mouse game between the two men as the series winds down.
Aaron Paul -- Cranston's fellow "Breaking Bad" Emmy winner and onscreen partner in crime -- says he and Bob Odenkirk also shot a "pretty wild scene" between his Jesse and Odenkirk's Saul Goodman in Saul's law office, while Cranston concludes the final eight installments feature "twists and turns … [and] a lot of cliffhangers."
We'd expect nothing less.
Meanwhile, here's hoping series creator Vince Gilligan gets his wish for the Saul Goodman spinoff he's dreaming of to come to fruition.
"I would like that. That would be fun," Gilligan told The Hollywood Reporter last month. "He always seemed to me like a character who could support his own show. I very, very much would like to see that happen. It would be a little lighter in tone than 'Breaking Bad,' but it would be a fun thing to have … and a fun thing to do."

As for the series finale, Gilligan says the writers are holding nothing back. "Hopefully we're going to please the bulk of our viewers with this ending. We're going to leave it all on the field, I can tell you that."
