Chris Brown, Drake Will Not Face Criminal Charges for Nightclub Brawl

Chris Brown and Drake will not face criminal charges for their roles in a nightclub brawl in June, TMZ reports. Investigators found insufficient evidence to move forward with the case. Brown and Drake's entourages will also escape charges for the fight that injured NBA star Tony Parker and other guests.

Parker sued the owners of W.I.P. club for $20 million after suffering an eye injury. A male model also filed a suit against Brown and Drake, citing a hand injury and mental distress. The owners of the trademarks to the club's name have also sued Brown and Drake for $16 million.
