The Clash's new 13-disc box set Sound System includes remastered versions of the group's five studio albums as well as tons of remixes, demos, outtakes and alternate versions of classic songs. The coolest part, however, may be the videos. The group has amazing footage of their very first rehearsal in 1976, a 1977 gig at Sussex University and their 1981 residency at the New York club Bonds.
Check out this exclusive video of the group playing "(White Man) in Hammersmith Palais." The footage was shot by Don Letts, who later played in Big Audio Dynamite with Mick Jones. This article originally appeared on Rolling Stone: The Clash Rip Through '(White Man) in Hammersmith Palais' Live
