    Country star McGraw focus of ACM concert special

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tim McGraw will be the focus of this year's Academy of Country Music concert special.

    "ACM Presents: Tim McGraw's Superstar Summer Night" will be recorded April 8, the night after this year's ACM Awards.

    A Wednesday news release says McGraw will be joined by stars from country, pop and rock as well as television and film. The two-hour concert will be filmed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and aired later on CBS. All proceeds go to the ACM Lifting Lives charity.

    McGraw is poised to release a new album, "Two Lanes of Freedom," on Feb. 5 and will tour later this year.
