Fiat 500 to air sexy Super Bowl commercials with bite [Video]

If you thought Kate Upton's leaked Mercedes-Benz Super Bowl commercial was hot, you'd better fasten your seatbelt. Another car company might just give the Sports Illustrated swimsuit-cover model/luxury car brand combo a run for their money. Fiat has released four of its commercials that will air during the 2013 Super Bowl, and while they are all steamy, the Fiat 500 Abarth commercial features a bikini with bite.

In true Super Bowl commercial form, a babe in a bikini tans face-down on a sandy beach. As the camera scans her bod, we see shots of the compact black Abarth winding along an ocean road. It's not all skin and exhaust fumes, though; a menacing black scorpion has made its way onto her. By the time she notices, it's too late; luckily, this scorpion isn't out to kill but simply to snip her bikini top. "Small, wicked, and now topless," says the voiceover. Looks like the Abarth is a convertible. As the Penelope Cruz doppelganger runs into the ocean, one thing's for sure: The Italian automaker got their point across loud and clear.

    As one guy tweeted:

While the Abarth commercial is directly sexy, the other three more subtly saucy Fiat 500 commercials are nothing to sneeze at.

In this Fiat 500L commercial, a teenage girl wants to go on a drive with her beau, who just pulled up in a yellow version of the mini-MPV. Not so fast. Mom and Dad are coming along. Lame! As the young couple winds along a mountainous road with her folks in the backseat, they go through a tunnel. When they emerge, the guy's got a (surprise!) lipstick kiss mark on his cheek. Another tunnel, another kiss mark -- and so on.

When they get back to the house, he's visibly smitten by his daring young lady. As we see the mom reapplying her lipstick, though, the truth is revealed. "The all-new Fiat 500L. More room, more possibilities," says the voiceover. How very Mrs. Robinson.

The second Fiat 500L commercial takes this same family to the next level -- level of their kids' relationship, that is. Time to meet the parents! As the girl's Italian family pulls up to her American boyfriend's home in a white version of the 500L, the cultural differences are apparent. Especially when her mom and dad go in to cheek-kiss the boyfriend's dad. Awkward. This isn't a commercial about bridging the culture gap per se, but the American dad seems to open up to the whole idea when the girlfriend's two gorgeous Italian sisters step out of the car. "Oh, sisters. How nice," he says, before the cheeky voiceover drives the point home: "The new Fiat 500L: With four doors and five seats, it's very family friendly." Can't argue with that.

Next comes marriage! In yet another Fiat 500L commercial that will air during this year's Super Bowl, the bridemaids are running late. When the groom and a groomsman (or best man, perhaps) pick them in the yellow 500L, the ladies don't even have their dresses on. It seems that this car really is spacious because these two stunners pile into the backseat with their big, fluffy dresses and hurriedly proceed to get changed -- underthings flying everywhere. The groomsman is getting a little hot under the collar (thanks to the rearview mirror) but plays it cool; he even helps one girl keep her heel on. As they arrive at the church just in time, the group rushes out of the car. But it looks like they left someone behind: a tween boy who had been smushed between the women through all their stages of undress. It's definitely a day he'll never forget.

Are you excited about this year's Super Bowl commercials?

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII, which airs Sunday, 2/3 at 6:30 PM on CBS.
