Fringe's John Noble to Visit The Good Wife as Someone From Alicia's Past

John Noble isn't staying away from the small screen for long.

The Fringe star is guest-starring on an upcoming episode of The Good Wife, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

As first reported by TV Guide Canada, Noble will appear in the 18th episode of the season as someone from Alicia's past. "He comes on as a man that I have flashbacks [about], because he's a client that I used to take care of all the time," star Julianna Margulies told reporters on an international conference call Thursday. "He's a very interesting character who is sort of a brilliant techie guy that constantly sues people. He just elevated the part to such a different level, it was remarkable to work with him and just a pleasure to have on set.

"On the page, I thought, 'Is this going to make sense?' and he filled it with such incredible talent," Margulies continued. "I can't even tell you. I looked at him and I went, 'I didn't even know that was the character. I'm so blown away.'"

Noble just wrapped his five-year stint on Fringe as scientist Walter Bishop late last month. He joins a slew of upcoming guest stars including Audra McDonald, Kyle MacLachlan and returning favorites such as Matthew Perry.

The Good Wife airs Sunday at 9/8c on CBS. Are you excited to see Noble back on TV?
