Got the Rock? National Milk Council makes Super Bowl ad debut in 2013 [Video]

The National Milk Mustache Campaign -- i.e., the "Got milk?" ads -- has spent 17 years daubing white milk mustaches onto celebrities, from tennis's Andre Agassi to Ziyi Zhang of "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon."

Now the famous campaign is making its Super Bowl debut in 2013, with a 30-second spot starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. There are so many "Can you smell what the Rock is drinking?"-type jokes, we can't pick just one, so y'all can school us in the comments. We're too busy giggling at the expression on that cat's face.

The ad is set for the second quarter of the game; it's directed by actor, director, and co-creator of TV's "Friday Night Lights" Peter Berg. (Go behind the scenes on the ad's shoot.) There's an extended online-only version, below, that amps up the funny on the wrecked circus van (that giraffe is over it):

    Twitter's in favor so far:

Is this a strong Super Bowl debut for the Milk Council? Are we the only ones who've noticed that cats in commercials are always orange? Review what The Rock is cooking in the comments.

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII, which airs Sunday, 2/3 at 6:30 PM on CBS.
