Justin Bieber in Controversy Over Alleged Pot Photos

Justin Bieber has found himself in a sticky situation after photographs emerged of the teen pop idol smoking what appears to be marijuana, Us Weekly reports.

The photos of Bieber at a Newport Beach hotel party were taken on January 2nd, the day after a paparazzi was hit by a car and killed while attempting to photograph the 19-year-old singer's white Ferrari. TMZ published the pictures on Friday night and reported that Bieber's friend Lil Twist, who was driving Bieber's car at the time of the accident, was also at the party.

"everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up," he wrote to his followers. "i see all of u. i hear all of u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and..thank u."
