My Morning Jacket will headline "On the Beach," a Jersey Shore Sandy benefit show on January 2nd at Asbury Park's Paramount Theater. They'll be joined by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Joseph Arthur, Nicole Atkins, River City Extension and Tangiers Blues Band. Proceeds will benefit the local non-profits Coastal Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Waves for Water, Food for Thought by the Sea and RebuildRecover. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 14th, at noon EST and will be available at the Stone Pony box office and Ticketmaster.
