Phoenix's 'Bankrupt!' to be Released Week of April 22nd

Phoenix's highly anticipated new album, Bankrupt!, is set for release in the week of April 22nd, the band announced today in an animated note on their website. The letter appeared on a black screen set to a sparse, sparkling, slowly building synth melody.

The French rockers also unveiled the album's simple cover art, a drawing of a peach on a grey background, as well as Bankrupt!'s tracklist, which you can check out below.

Phoenix are set to play a handful of North American shows before the release of their follow-up to their 2009 breakout album, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix. That short tour kicks off in Vancouver at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on March 28th, and the band is also set to headline Coachella on April 13th and 20th.
